MSP Overview Course

The MSP ® Overview Course provides delegates with a guide on how MSP might be used to implement changes. This one day event provides an introduction to the MSP best practice method focusing on the benefits and principles underlying a structured approach to programme management.

This course, delivered as a classroom event, is designed for people who require an overview of the MSP Principles, Governance Themes, the Transformational Flow and MSP view of the roles within a programme.

TARGET AUDIENCE

• Programme Managers, Programme Management Members, Project managers, and aspiring Programme Managers looking for a controlled approach to managing programmes
• Senior executive managers.

OBJECTIVES 

Following the completion of the course participants should:

• Understand the relationship between principles, governance themes, the transformational flow and roles within a MSP project
• Understand benefits and principles that can be found in a structured approach to programme management

MSP Senior Management Session

The MSP Senior Management Session is designed for Decision-Makers and Senior Executives, especially those involved in introducing major change initiatives that require an understanding of the MSP Programme Management best practices. This is a half day session focusing in particular on the principles and the various Governance Themes.

This course, delivered as a classroom event, is designed for Senior Managers and Programme Board members who require an understanding of how to oversee programmes being managed by MSP. The event provides a high-level introduction to the method, with a focus on the organisational and control aspects of the Programme Board.

TARGET AUDIENCE

• Senior Managers and Decision-Makers with Programme Board responsibilities.

OBJECTIVES

Following the completion of the course participants should:

• Understand the basic principles embodied within the method. 
• Understand the benefits and principles that can be found in a structured approach to programme management using MSP.
