PRINCE2 Foundation Course

The PRINCE2 Foundation Course covers the whole of the syllabus of PRINCE2 Foundation Level and prepares participants for the PRINCE2 Foundation examination. This is a three day course, delivered as a classroom event and is designed for people who require a general level of PRINCE2 understanding. The Foundation examination can be taken on the afternoon of the third day.

PRINCE2 Practitioner Course

The PRINCE2 Practitioner Course provides the opportunity to manage and apply the concepts of the PRINCE2 methodology in a project scenario and prepares participants for the PRINCE2 Practitioner examination. This is a two day classroom based course, mainly aimed at Project Managers, and is very detailed with a focus on scenarios. The Practitioner examination can be taken on the afternoon of the second day.

QRP International offers the full one week* PRINCE2 COMBI session to those candidates willing to be trained and  certified for the level Foundation and Practitioner during a five day course.

The PRINCE2 Overview Course provides delegates with a guide on how PRINCE2 might be used to improve project success. This one day event provides an introduction to the PRINCE2 methodology focusing on the process-oriented approach of PRINCE2 and the value of using it for implementing projects.

The PRINCE2 Senior Management Session is designed for Decision-Makers and Senior Managers, especially those with Project Board responsibilities who require an understanding into the PRINCE2 project management method.
