Their full involvement allows them to apply their skills to the benefit of the organisation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Process approach<\/strong><br \/>\nWe achieve desired results by managing activities and resources as defined processes. Each process transforms inputs into outputs and has an assigned responsible person. A relationship based on mutual collaboration improves both parties&#8217; ability to create value.<br \/>\nTo achieve its strategic objectives, QRP International does the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifies and monitors parameters for measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of its processes.<\/li>\n<li>Plans and implements training and resource development activities that respect existing skills and professionalism.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors the quality perceived by the customer through a system for detecting satisfaction with the services provided.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies and selects additional partners who can add value to the services it offers.<\/li>\n<li>Provides services delivered by suitably qualified, experienced, and certified instructors. Their ongoing competence is continually confirmed by a high level of student satisfaction, and QRP provides them with opportunities for ongoing professional development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Quality Policy is systematically analyzed and evaluated by the Management during the <strong>Periodic Review of the Quality Management System<\/strong>.
